WILL I BE CHARGED DURING MY FREE COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD?
No, you won't be charged during your complimentary Membership period, which begins the day your application is approved, and ends 3 months from that date. You will be charged $395 for the recurring Membership fee at the end of your complimentary Membership period, and you are eligible for a full refund as long as you contact us within 60 days of that charge.
IS MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY?
FoundersCard Membership is available globally. There may be some restrictions with brands that will be listed on the individual benefit pages, but we do our best to select benefits that all Members can enjoy.
IF I JOIN TODAY, WHEN CAN I BEGIN USING MY MEMBERSHIP?
Your Membership starts the day your application is approved, and you will have immediate access to redeem benefits at that point.
IS FOUNDERSCARD A CREDIT CARD?
FoundersCard is a Membership community, not a credit card. Your Membership provides you access to a portfolio of over 500 benefits that can be accessed through our website.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
During your complimentary Membership period, you can access your digital card online under your profile or via our mobile app. After your complimentary Membership period, you may request that your physical card be mailed to you.
HOW CAN I CANCEL DURING MY COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD?
You may cancel during your complimentary Membership period by phone or email.
HOW DOES REDEEMING BENEFITS WORK?
Each benefit that we offer our Members has a dedicated landing page on the FoundersCard site, with simple instructions of how to take advantage of that particular offer. Benefits are not automatically applied to your account, so you need to redeem the benefit to take advantage of the offer. You will not need the physical Membership card during your complimentary Membership period, but you can download a digital version online or through the mobile app (available in the Apple or Google Play stores).
